    Within 2 days from your sign-up, Health Planners will deliver & install the trial product in your home.

    “CERACARE” midterm check-up visit will be scheduled & provided during the trial period.

    Purchase or Return
    If you decide to purchase, we will bring & install a brand new product on a pick-up day.

There’s no obligation to purchase anything after your 5 days / 10 days home trial.

There are no additional fees other than the inital delivery fee for your home trial. If you do decide to purchase the CERAGEM V6/V4, we will deduct the home trial delivery charge from the final purchase price!

You’re free from responsibility from all damage that occurs to your bed beyond reasonable control (force majeure: i.e. natural catastrophe) but are responsible for damage occurring due to negligence. Regardless, don’t hesitate to give the CERAGEM V6/V4 a try!
