Home Delivery Assistant
Experiences Preferred: Someone who has 1 year or more of experience with companies such as Sleep Number, Pelton, and Tempur Pedic.
Responsibilities
- Assisted white-glove product delivery directly into customer homes, relocation of product, and light assembly. Product packages can weigh up to 142 pounds per box.
- Guide customers with the effective use of CERAGEM devices. Communicate product features and benefits.
- Be passionate about CERAGEM. Develop a deep knowledge and understanding of CERAGEM’s products and brand image.
- Deliver the best possible service and attention to all clients, at all times.
- Model reliability and flexibility by being able to work varied hours and days to meet the needs of the business
Qualifications/Requirements
- One year or more experience as a delivery driver
- Exceptional presentation and customer service skills; ability to make a connection with a diverse array of customers.
- Able to work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment and provide excellent customer service.
- A commitment to professional appearance and attitude; willingness to represent the brand with integrity at all times.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to demonstrate English language proficiency. Second language skills encouraged.
- Mechanical aptitude preferred.
- Delivery/installation experience in mattress or white appliance preferred.
- Must be able to lift over 50lbs.
- Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination is required before start of duties.
