Experiences Preferred: Working in and managing a call center with 7 years or more of experience with informercial working companies such as Sleep Number, Shark Ninja, and Tempur pedic,

Responsibilities

The primary focus of an Ceragem Inside Sales Team Manager is to plan, manage and develop a team of Inside Sales Representatives.

Manages a team of telesales representatives. Participates as a Team Leader in strategic and tactical planning for the division. Develops working relationships with customer consulting, education, and/or support field managers to develop. Responsible for coaching, performance management, and career development of staff. Handles escalations and participates directly in complex sales situations to negotiate and/or resolve disputes and ensure customer satisfaction

 

Qualifications/Requirements

-Inbound & outbound call working experience of more then 5years (telemarketing)

-Working knowledge of telesales job. Through understanding Ceragem’s products and services. Ability to lead sales team in all areas of the sales cycle.

– Leads a specialized area which may have diverse functional elements. Frequently interacts with supervisors and/or functional peer group managers.

-Effective verbal & written communication skills.

– Ability to convince or encourage customers to purchase. Strong quantitative, analytical, and conflict resolution ability.

-Preferred Degree in Business or Computer Science (BA)

-Preferred 5 years sales or sales management experience.
