Expensive massage table that doesn’t massage

I am so confused. This is advertised as a massage table with 17 modes. Supposedly 5 modes are custom ….how so? So many things not explained in the manual. The abdominal “projector” is a vibrating very very heavy pillow. The vibration is not steady. It is a mystery and a distraction. Second projector…what do you do with it? It isn’t even addressed in the manual. The table has one speed and it is very very slow. Grok says the speed in adjustable. I can’t find out, and manual doesn’t address it. If the table could even undulate/change intensities rapidly while passing along the spine, it could mimic some sort of massage. But it doesn’t do that. To be honest, it is simply a spine roller with heat. Additionally, you only get to pick one intensity level. I need different intensity for my lumbar versus cervical spine. Even CHIRP offers more function than V4 at fraction of price. Is my table defective??

I have been using this old product for years

I have been using this old product for years.
Now I have bought New Version of Ceragem V4.
I have gotten so much benefits from Ceragem which makes my life enjoyable and doing daily activities without having problems..
I recommend this Ceragem whoever has back problems..

No real instructions

We first looked at ceragem massage bed at a store by us but it closed saw they were selling at Costco so we bought one. You would think you wouldn't need instructions but with so many modes it is hard to figure out what they are and how to adjust them. It also comes with accessories. One of the two you can figure out what it is for. Basic modes all set at 60 minutes. And you can't adjust the length of time.
When we did a demo at a store they did a scan and then said it would remember you for next time. Now that we have one I don't see anything that will remember different members of the family so each time you use the bed it has to re scan. All of this could be figured out with Basic instructions. For paying thousands of dollars for a massage bed you would expect more So far not worth the money
