RETURNING YOUR CERAGEM PRODUCT
If you are not satisfied with your CERAGEM product, you can request a return within 14 days after your delivery.
All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the customer’s original purchase price.
The customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs incurred.
All products must be received in reasonable condition. If your CERAGEM is returned in damaged condition, with missing parts, or otherwise has signs of abuse, CERAGEM reserves the right to refuse a refund or to charge additional restocking fees, at CERAGEM’s sole and absolute discretion.

All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase and must be shipped with the original packaging. All products that are eligible for a return must have been previously registered at ceragemus.com. CERAGEM is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. Refunds for purchases will be credited back to the original payment method only.
Customers who use the installment program (Affirm) may be charged additional fees unless they request a refund within 7 days.
Customers have up until the day of delivery to cancel their order free of charge through Wells Fargo, after the day of delivery customers must go through Wells Fargo in order to see if a possible cancellation of the financing is possible, parts services and exchanges all go through CERAGEM INTERNATIONAL, INC,
Promotional items offered at the time of your original purchase must also be returned in their original condition with all original packaging. These items may also be kept by you by paying the regular retail cost for the item. If you fail to include promotional items with a return, we will automatically deduct the full retail value of the item from what we credit you.
