We know you’re eager to receive your purchase, and we’re committed to processing and shipping your order
expeditiously. The lead time shared below reflect days past the day of your confirmed order.
Here are lead times by delivery and order type:
  • Delivery Schedule Arrangement – We will make a call to you and arrange a delivery schedule within two (2) weeks from the day of your confirmed order.
  • White Glove (Full Service) – We will deliver and install your purchase on the promised delivery date arranged from the phone call. We will also give you instructions on how-to-use the product.

We have provided you with our best estimates, and we ask that you understand that lead times sometimes vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Here are some things that can lead to delivery delays:
  • Inclement weather, which is especially important to note for orders placed in the winter.
  • Extended holidays that fall while your shipment is in transit.

Return Policy


If you are not satisfied with your CERAGEM V4 (CGM MB-1901), you can request areturn within 14 days after your delivery.

All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of customer’s original purchase price.
Customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs incurred.

All products must be received in reasonable condition. If your CERAGEM is returned in damaged condition, with missing parts, or otherwise has signs of abuse, CERAGEM reserves the right to refuse a refund or to charge additional restocking fees, at CERAGEM’s sole and absolute

All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase and must be shipped with the original packaging. All products that are eligible for a return must have been previously registered at CERAGEM is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of
tracking. Refunds for purchases will be credited back to the original payment method only.

Customers who use the installment program (Klarna or Affirm) may be charged additional fees unless they request a refund within 7 days.
