DELIVERY PROCESS

We know you’re eager to receive your purchase, and we’re committed to processing and shipping your order expeditiously.

Please allow 10-12 business days for your order to be processed, shipped and delivered from date of purchase.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with tracking information. You will then be contacted by our logistics team via phone to schedule a delivery date. Please be advise we don’t delivery on weekends.

White Glove (Full Service) Ceragem will delivery and install your new unit to the location / room of choice, inclusive of 1 flight of stairs. We will unpack, assemble your unit and remove all debris. Please be advised that assembly may take up to 30 minutes. Ceragem’s customer service will provide instructions on how-to-use your unit.

Our goal is to provide the fastest and most accurate delivery date. However, please be advised that delivery dates can be impacted due to circumstances beyond our control. Delivery delays can occur due to weather conditions or extended holidays that fall within your delivery date. Ceragem will provide updates that may impact your delivery date.
