Shipping policy

We aim to provide a smooth and timely shipping experience for all our customers.
Please review the following information regarding our shipping procedures:

Shipping Days: We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Processing Time: Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 12:00 PM (PDT) on Friday, as well as those placed on Saturday or Sunday,
will be processed on the next business day.

High Volume Periods: Please allow additional processing time during peak seasons and promotional periods.

Shipping Rates:
$8 flat rate for standard ground shipping on orders under $75
Free standard ground shipping on orders of $75 or more

Shipping Area: We currently ship only within the United States.

Order Modifications & Cancellations:
Orders can be modified within 24 hours of placement.
Due to our efficient fulfillment process, we are unable to cancel or modify orders after this window.
Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has been submitted.

Important Notes:
Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing your order.
Orders placed separately will be shipped separately.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not, we offer returns within 30 days of the purchase date.
Please review the following guidelines:

Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Damaged Products:
If your product arrives damaged, we offer free return shipping.
A replacement will be sent upon confirmation of the damage.

Dissatisfied with a Product:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer free return shipping.
Refunds will only be issued if less than 20% of the original product has been used.

Exchanges are not available for non-damaged items.

Original Payment Method: All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used at checkout (online only).

Kit Purchases: Partial refunds are not available for items purchased as part of a kit or set.
