Warranty Policy

Explanation of Coverage:

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for all Ceragem products purchased within the continental United States for non-commercial, in-home, indoor use. The warranty periods and coverage details vary depending on the specific Ceragem product model.

Manufacturer’s Obligations:

Ceragem International, Inc. (“CERAGEM”) warrants the covered components of the product against defects discovered within the applicable warranty period. Ceragem will, at its sole
discretion and to the extent permitted by law, either replace or repair the defective product or component with the same or a comparable model.

Consumer Responsibilities:

Consumers are responsible for properly maintaining the product and promptly notifying Ceragem of any defects or issues encountered during normal use. Failure to adhere to the recommended maintenance or reporting procedures may void the warranty.

Exclusions Clause:

This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs or modifications, natural disasters, improper installation, or the use of non-approved accessories or parts. Cosmetic damages that do not affect the product’s functionality are also excluded from coverage.

Limitation of Remedies:

The remedies provided under this warranty are the sole and exclusive remedies available to consumers for defects covered under the warranty. Ceragem shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or malfunction of the product.

Extended Warranty:

The first year of warranty coverage is provided free of charge. For extended warranty coverage beyond the initial period, consumers will need to purchase it separately.

Extended Warranty Timeframe:

Main body mat, supporting mat, and connecting parts: 36 months (if you purchase 3 years extended warranty, it covers 36 months in total. A 2-year extension can be attached to the normal 1-year manufacturer warranty for main body mat, supporting mat, and connecting parts.)

Disclaimer of Implied Warranties:

Except for the express warranties provided in this contract, Ceragem makes no other warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Notice of Limitation of Rights:

This warranty contract does not affect any statutory or legal rights consumers may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Waiver of Jury Trial:

Both parties agree to waive the right to a jury trial in any legal proceedings arising from or related to this warranty contract and instead agree to resolve disputes through arbitration or other alternative dispute resolution methods.

Indemnification:

Consumers agree to indemnify and hold Ceragem harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from their misuse, improper maintenance, or violation of the terms of this warranty contract.

Integration Clause:

This warranty contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings.

Notice Requirements:

Any formal notices required under this warranty contract must be provided in writing within the specified timeframe to the designated contact information provided herein.

Language of the Contract:

This warranty contract is written in English, and any translations or interpretations in other languages are provided for convenience only, with the English version prevailing in case of discrepancies.

Modification Clause:

Ceragem reserves the right to modify or update the terms of this warranty contract at its discretion. Any such modifications will be effective upon posting on Ceragem’s website or other official channels.

Severability Clause:

If any provision of this warranty contract is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

This warranty contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this warranty contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Effective Date:

This warranty contract is effective as of [Effective Date], and applies to all Ceragem products sold within the continental United States thereafter.

CERAGEM RETURN POLICY:

At CERAGEM, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process.

Here’s what you need to know:

14-Day Return Period:

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Restocking Fee: 

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee based on the original purchase price.

Appointment for Product Pickup:

We will set an appointment for the pickup of the product. Please note that customers are responsible for paying the delivery fee associated with the pickup process.

Condition:

Returned products must be in gently used condition.

Damage or Missing Parts:

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or charge additional fees for products returned in damaged condition, with missing parts, or signs of abuse.

Initiating a Return:

Refunds:

Refunds for purchases will be credited back to the original payment method.

Promotional Items:

Promotional items must be returned in their original condition with all original packaging. Failure to return promotional items will result in a deduction from your refund.
